Many years later I had lost the pleasure of walking, added lots of weight and developed a slight pot belly (sign of good living we call it in Nigeria...hahaha) and then came GCC. I started slow with the aim of clocking 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day, only to discover after a few weeks that I was in the bottom half of my team(AEROMOA) kai!, not good at all.
